Ngozi is an experienced and admirably purposeful woman who has vast experience of many years that cuts across the automobile, haulage, telecommunications, advertising, and communications industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from the prestigious University of Lagos, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from the same University. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Senior Management Program SMP 64).

Ngozi had stints with Germaine Auto Centre in the year 2001 where she worked in both Administrative and Operations Departments. In 2002, she joined Starcomms CDMA Networks and rose to the position of an Administrative Manager. She later joined Trokya Group in 2006 where she worked in the Human Resources Department of Insight Communications. In 2009, she was promoted and redeployed to head the Research and Compliance Unit of a siter company within the group (Media Perspectives) which required her to generate consumer insight, market research, etc. Later as her career advanced in the company, she was redeployed to also head the Media Procurement Unit which exposed her to Media Strategy, Planning and Buying, Advertising, and Communications. A position she held till November 2018 when she voluntarily resigned to pursue her life goals.

Over the years, Ngozi has facilitated training specifically on mindset reorientation for entrepreneurial success for over 1000 SMEs both online and offline through EDI She has also facilitated trainings on pre-retirement planning, business ethics, and career planning for corporates. She has been a consultant for start-up businesses in food and processing organizations as well as Fintech. She is very passionate about training, Human Capital Development, wellness, travel, tourism, lifestyle arts, interior decoration, and telecommunications.
Ngozi is currently the MD/CEO and Co-founder of Seamless Telecommunications Nigeria Limited.
